Minimum Order Policy: In order to keep labor costs down and thus keep our prices as low as possible, we have a $49.99 minimum order policy. This is not coded into our software, so we ask your cooperation with this. Simply make sure you put at least $49.99 worth of merchandise into your shopping cart before checking out! Return Policy: If your purchase does not match our catalog description, contact us via email within 3 days, stating discrepancies, for return authorization, and wait for return instructions. Please include contact phone number in your email. Then we will refund purchase price upon receipt of the item(s) in same condition as sent.
Shipping charges: After only a few sales, we've noticed that the "programmed" shipping charges are more than they should be. We think the program may be charging the shipping ala carte instead of charging for the combined weight in one shipment, which was the way we intended for it to operate. Until we can get this fixed somehow, we will refund any significant shipping overcharge via Paypal refund, as soon as we have a good number for actual shipping.
